    1987年毕业于天津大学电力及自动化系。1987年9月至1990年8月在中国科学院电工研究所新能源研究室工作。1990年9月至1993年3月在中国科学院研究生院学习,获硕士学位。1993年4月至1996年8月在中国科学院电工研究所特种电机研究室任助理研究员、永磁磁体研究组副组长, 是当时中科院电工所最年轻的青年科研领导干部之一,负责核磁共振成像用磁体及丁肇中先生的空间反物质探测器用大型永磁磁体(简称AMS 磁体)的研究、设计与制造,其中AMS磁体获1998年国家科技进步二等奖。1996年9月至2002年12月在威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校电气与计算机工程系学习微电子与固态专业,研究方向为微机电系统,获博士学位。2002年12月至2005年8月任康奈尔大学电气与计算机学院任博士后研究员。2005年9月回国任厦门大学萨本栋微机电研究中心副教授,2008年晋升为教授,并担任厦门大学萨本栋微机电研究中心副主任,2009年任博士生导师。获2006年和2007年何宜慈讲座教授奖,2007年教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划奖。研究方向为:微机电系统(MEMS)、微能源器件与系统、压电与超声,纳米材料与器件。担任IEEE学会会员,中国仪器仪表学会微纳器件与系统技术分会理事、传感器分会理事、中国传感器行业协会理事;2010年第五届IEEE国际微米/纳米工程与分子系统年会(IEEE NEMS)的技术委员会主席、2010年第五届全国压电与声波理论及器件技术研讨会程序委员会主席,主持并完成了多项国家自然科学基金、国家863项目、福建省重大科技项目与自然科学基金项目、厦门市科技项目等,培养了多名硕士与博士研究生。

    研究方向:

    微机电系统(MEMS)、微能源器件与系统、压电与超声,纳米材料与器件。
