Educational Background
- Graduated from South China University of Technology in June 2010 with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation.
- Conducted joint doctoral studies at the Wu XiangMing Advanced Manufacturing Center, University of Michigan, from November 2008 to November 2009.
- Served as a postdoctoral fellow (lecturer) at the School of Engineering, Sun Yat-sen University, from July 2010 to September 2012.
- Invited for short-term academic exchanges at City University of Hong Kong in 2013 and 2015.
- Joined the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Xiamen University, in December 2012.
- Promoted to Professor in August 2016.

Mainly engaged in research work in the fields of intelligent control, micro-nano printing, electrospinning, sensor system integration and application, etc.
Personal Resume
Zheng Gaofeng: Doctor of Engineering, Professor at Xiamen University, Deputy Director of the Department of Instrumentation and Electrical Engineering, Ph.D. Supervisor for Doctoral Students, Leader of the "Double Hundred Plan" entrepreneurial talent in Xiamen City, and a high-level talent in Fujian Province. Mainly engaged in research work in the fields of micro-nano printing, advanced control, and micro-system integration and application. Undertakes more than 20 enterprise-commissioned technical development projects, as well as research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Shenzhen Municipal Key Research Projects, Fujian Province Industry-University-Research Cooperation Key Projects, and Guided Key Projects. He has published over 150 academic papers indexed by SCI and EI in journals such as ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, IEEE Sensors Journal, Materials & Design, Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics, Materials Letters, Applied Physics A: Materials Science & Processing, and Optics and Precision Engineering. He has published one monograph, four special chapters, and as the first inventor, has been granted over 30 invention patents, 15 of which have been industrially transformed and applied. As the first completer, he has won the first prize of the Chinese Invention Association's Invention and Innovation Award, the second prize of Fujian Province's Science and Technology Progress Award, and the second prize of Xiamen City's Science and Technology Progress Award.
