Professor Zhang Jianhuan

Introduction
Graduated with a Ph.D. in 2003 from Harbin Institute of Technology in the discipline of Instrument Science and Technology, currently working as a Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Deputy Director of the Department of Instrumentation and Electrical Engineering at the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Xiamen University. He is an outstanding talent of the new century in Fujian Province, Director of the Fujian Provincial Key Laboratory of Sensor Technology in Colleges and Universities, Director of the Xiamen Key Laboratory of Optoelectronic Sensor Technology, Editorial Board member of the Optical Technology of the Chinese Ordnance Society, a member of the 6th and 7th committees of the China Metrology Instrument Professional Committee, a director of the Fujian Optical Society, and Vice President of the Xiamen Instrument and Control Society. He has presided over more than 20 national and corporate projects, including one National Natural Science Foundation project and one key project of the Fujian Province Science and Technology Plan. He has published over 70 papers in international academic journals and important conferences, obtained more than 40 authorized invention patents, and 15 software copyrights. He has trained more than 40 graduate students. His main research interests focus on three directions: new types of optoelectronic materials and devices, optoelectronic detection technology and applications, and Internet of Things applications.
Research Interests
Primary research interests include micro-nano manufacturing and equipment, flexible electronics (sensing), intelligent soft robots, humidity sensors, and MEMS/NEMS, etc.
