Research Interests

Research Direction: Interdisciplinary research and applications of Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) and chemistry, physics.

Using interdisciplinary research methods, developing new manufacturing processes for nanoscale chips and their combined spectroscopy and electrical characterization techniques, focusing on basic scientific issues of molecular adsorption, molecular assembly, and molecular manipulation at the solid-liquid interface, and conducting research on application issues in the fields of nanoelectronics devices, microreactors, and energy electrochemistry.
